Penelope and "her people" stop by every month to shop and visit with us. Penelope is always very stylish in her "faux" animal print "halter". She is always ready to greet her friends with "air" kisses; however most times her kisses actually land on your face. We love Penelope and since she doesn't have "dog breath"wet" kisses are just fine with us!
Penelope is just one of many wonderful friends that we've made over the past two market seasons which is why we rave about The Ballston Art & Crafts Market! Plan to come by the market before the season is over as there are only two markets left, September 12th & October 10th. You could get the chance to meet Penelope yourself...ummm...we suggest you bring a napkin or towel.
